📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@saf.com with:
- Order ID
- Product images (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Pickup will be arranged (where available) or you may be asked to self-ship
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Once approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank account (in case of COD orders)
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup for damaged/incorrect items
- For other cases, return shipping charges may apply
🔄 Replacement Policy
- Replacement is offered only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong product delivered
- Replacement will be processed subject to availability
📌 Important Notes
- Please record an unboxing video for any damage claims
- Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- SAF reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
